Millions of Americans will cross 'structurally deficient' bridges this weekend

- I wonder how many that bridge was resurfaced. Every time it is done it reduces the overhead clearance. Do they take off the old surface or just cover it? Since a small portion of the trailer hit the overhead maybe resurfacing the road bed could have caused had something to do with the accident.
